My Mission

I’m inspired not just by great design and great products, but by building teams that deliver winning solutions to our clients. As a manager, I bridge the gap between engineering, product, and design. I specialize in unblocking designers, establishing scalable design systems, and leveraging AI workflows so our teams can focus less on manual pixel-pushing and more on solving our clients’ problems together.

Discover Needs

I talk to clients (even the dissatisfied ones) to ask questions and dive into the problems they’re experiencing. As an expert communicator, I work to understand their workflow, pinpoint their needs and pain points, then design the experience our product needs to solve.

Iterate and Test Quickly

Once I have an idea of the landscape, I move quickly in ideation. I work with AI to get inspiration, vet my ideas and weave together iterations to test. AI allows me to produce  clickables to test ideas, get internal feedback from those colleagues who work closely with the clients, and ask trusted clients for feedback via surveys in order to validate that our solution solved the pain point.

Refine Feedback

Once I have feedback, I work to spot trends. I actively use tools like Copilot and ChatGPT  to produce transcripts, surveys and other data.I use this information to continue my refinement and give the team confidence in the solution to build. I analyze the results quickly for immediate validation.

Collaboration

Core to the success in my career is my expertise gathering actionable client feedback, and working in coordination with product and engineering. I take pride in establishing an environment where we are sharing openly to gain their support on what we are making and delivering client value. Engineering helps to keep us on track for feasibility – and adding their own ideas for how we can move quickly to deliver an amazing product.
